WARRANTY
1-Year Limited Parts Warranty
Trilar Industrial Solutions stands behind the products we sell. All new equipment is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins on the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
During the warranty period, Trilar will, at its discretion:
- Repair or replace defective parts
- Provide replacement components for verified manufacturer defects
To qualify, the equipment must:
- Be used under normal operating conditions
- Be properly maintained
- Not be altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Labor costs (installation, removal, or service)
- Shipping, freight, or travel expenses
- Downtime or loss of use
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Improper installation or lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage (corrosion, rust, weather exposure)
- Use of non-Trilar parts or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Consumables & Wear Items
Items that naturally wear out are not covered, including but not limited to:
- Lenses
- Nozzles
- Filters
- Other consumable components
Limitations of Liability
Trilar Industrial Solutions’ responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of business or revenue
- Equipment downtime
- Indirect or consequential damages
This is the only warranty provided, and it cannot be modified unless in writing by Trilar.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, the original purchaser must:
- Contact Trilar within the warranty period
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide photos and/or videos of the issue
- Include a description of the problem
Once reviewed, our team will determine eligibility and next steps.
