Trilar Industrial Solutions 1-Year Limited Parts Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Trilar Industrial Solutions (“Trilar”) warrants that all new products sold by Trilar will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”).

This warranty applies to parts only. Labor, shipping, and related costs are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What Is Covered

During the Warranty Period, Trilar will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective part that is found to be faulty due to materials or workmanship, provided the product:

Was used under normal operating conditions
Was maintained according to Trilar's recommended guidelines
Was not altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Labor charges for removal or installation of parts
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or lack of maintenance
Wear items and consumables (lens)
Corrosion, rust, or environmental damage
Damages resulting from use of non-Trilar parts or accessories
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

Limitations of Liability

Trilar’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. Under no circumstances shall Trilar be liable for:

Loss of use or downtime
Incidental or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or business

This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty offered by Trilar. No employee, agent, or representative is authorized to modify this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Trilar.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:

Notify Trilar in writing within the Warranty Period at sales@trilarindustrial.com or call 480-640-3828
Provide proof of purchase, product serial number, and a detailed description of the issue
Follow all instructions provided to you for returning the defective part

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by Trilar. Trilar reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if the claim does not meet the terms outlined herein.
