The Quartz Epoxy Self-Leveling Floor Kit is a high-performance interior flooring system designed to upgrade concrete surfaces with a durable, seamless, textured quartz finish suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Unlike basic epoxy paint, this system combines a self-leveling epoxy resin with colored quartz sand aggregate that installs easily and transforms ordinary concrete into a long-lasting, functional, and visually appealing floor. 

This system is designed as a long-term flooring solution, not a temporary coating and is engineered for durability, safety, and aesthetics.

Each 5-gallon kit covers up to 150 sq ft maximum. Actual coverage may vary based on surface conditions and application thickness. Always plan for additional material.

Surface Preparation

The substrate must be smooth, sound, and properly leveled. All cracks, pits, holes, and surface defects must be repaired and filled prior to application. Thoroughly clean the floor using an appropriate concrete cleaner to remove dust, grease, oil, and contaminants. Ensure the surface is completely dry and free of debris before application.

Application Method

Mix Component A and Component B at the ration listed on the product bucket. Once mixed, the material has a working (pot) life of approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on ambient temperature.

Pour the mixed material onto the prepared surface and apply using a scraper or squeegee to achieve a uniform thickness. After spreading, use a spiked roller (bubble roller) multiple times to release trapped air and eliminate surface bubbles.

Maintain adequate ventilation during application and curing. Allow the coating to cure in a dry, well-ventilated environment for a minimum of 72 hours before placing the surface into service.

• Application temperature: Above 41°F (5°C)

• Relative humidity: Below 65% RH

• Surface dry time: Approximately 24 hours

• Full cure time: Approximately 72 hours when ambient temperature is above 68°F (20°C)

• Water exposure: Do not expose to water for 5 days

• Heavy traffic or load: Avoid heavy pressure or equipment for at least 5 days
